When I visited Samson in Turkey a long time ago with my colleague from Istanbul, someone called his name.

“Hey, come here. Let’s have a cup of chai!”

“Ah, I’m sorry. We have a meeting at the primary school.”

A few minutes later, another guy called him.

“Hey, come here. Let’s have a cup of chai!”

He knew many local people through Natural Agriculture projects in the area. And everyone invited him to have a cup of chai.

Tea is a daily drink in many traditions and always there when people gather.
