Apple juice from Highbank Orchard in Kilkenny, Ireland.

Julie and Rod turned the farm over to the Organic system of farming in 1994 also beginning the process of returning the farm to a more environmentally inclusive husbandry. Over time we have constructed two small lakes, woodland and various wildlife habitats.

In the beginning of 2017, they even stopped using any additives which were allowed to use in organic farming system.

Julie and Rod found the perfect blend of apple varieties.

Less sweetness. A little bit of sourness. An apple juice for grown-ups. Because this is not too sweet, you can enjoy this with your meals.
