Description
This organic rice has been cultivated in a dedicated rice field without the use of any chemicals, synthetic fertilisers, or animal manures, practicing zero-input farming for a period of eight years. Every year, we collected and preserved seeds for sowing in the following year.
You can use this organic rice for paella, risotto, sushi and other Japanese/Korean/Chinese cuisine.

How to prepare Sushi vinegar
Ingredients (for 6 cups of rice=900g)
- 90ml of unrefined apple cider vinegar
- 50ml of light maple syrup (You can adjust an amount of maple syrup according to your taste. )
- 2 tsp of sea salt
Put all ingredients in a jar, put a lid on and shake it until the salt dissolves. The vinegar can be kept in a fridge for up to a month.
When you find your favourite Sushi recipe on the internet, just replace rice vinegar with this Sushi Vinegar.
