Description
Round rice from Spain. No chemicals and fertilisations for two years.
We will polish 5kg of brown rice to make white rice. (You can choose approximately half milled, 70% milled but we don’t recommend 100% white)
The volume may be reduced by 5-10% after the milling (You will get approx. 4.5 kg of white rice).
Once it is polished more than half, we can make sushi with this rice.
1 kg pack is also available.
How to prepare Sushi vinegar
Ingredients (for 6 cups of rice=900g)
- 90ml of unrefined apple cider vinegar
- 50ml of light maple syrup (You can adjust an amount of maple syrup according to your taste. )
- 2 tsp of sea salt
Put all ingredients in a jar, put a lid on and shake it until the salt dissolves. The vinegar can be kept in a fridge for up to a month.
When you find your favourite Sushi recipe on the internet, just replace rice vinegar with this Sushi Vinegar.
